General Information

PICK-UP

Please be at the designated pick-up points at the specified times. The excursion will depart punctually as scheduled.

LANGUAGE

Excursions are conducted in Spanish and English. With a minimum of 18 participants, excursions may be offered in other languages. Please check availability in each case.

TRANSPORTATION

Excursions will be carried out by bus, minibus, or van, depending on the number of passengers.

ENTRANCE FEES & VISITS

All necessary entrance fees and visits required for the regular excursions are included. If you have any questions, please ask before confirming your booking.

GOURMET TASTINGS

Some regular excursions include a complimentary gourmet tasting. Please see the specific details for each excursion. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, kindly inform the guide.

CHILDREN

Children aged 2 to 12 (inclusive) receive a 50% discount. Each child must be accompanied by at least two adults. This offer is valid only for Regular Excursions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 2 participants is required to confirm departures. Once transportation is fully booked, sales will be closed. Requests received less than 4 days in advance will be subject to availability.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All excursions and services included in this brochure are governed by the legal conditions for organized travel provided by Travel Agencies. Further details available under D.C. CIE 2444.

CLOSED DATES

Services will not operate on January 1st and December 24th, 25th, and 31st. Additionally, as excursions reach full capacity, sales will close for other dates as well.
